weight - need to buy scale

push-ups - 10
crunches - 25

bicep curls left arm - 15
bicep curls right arm - 15
tricep curls - 11
chin exercise - 30


time spent - 15 mins.
dumbbell weight- 18lb


Log:
Week 2. push ups felt easier today than they have been. started chin exercise today, it is done by looking upwards with your head, while moving your bottom teeth over your upper teeth. It seem to be working, I felt the muscles tighten.
